Influence and collaboration
The Heritage Railway Association is the voice of the sector. We make representations to governments, regulators and other organisations on behalf of the whole heritage rail movement.
We actively monitor government white papers and consultations and respond to those on issues that could affect our members, while also working to build stronger relationships with politicians, senior civil servants and colleagues at other like-minded organisations. We work closely with the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Heritage Rail on their research and in providing information on the sector to Parliament.
