Mediation
We’re able to offer a simple and easy to use mediation service to Heritage Railway Association members.
We aim to help resolve any disputes between HRA members or within individual organisations for the long-term benefit of everyone in the sector.
Many members choose to have specific clauses within their constitution naming the HRA as the mediator in the event of any dispute. If you’re planning to include such a clause, please contact us in advance so that we can advise appropriately.
In the event of complex difficulties, it may be necessary to seek further support from arbitration professionals. Please be aware that in such cases it may be necessary to pass on extra costs to the member or members involved.
